Key responsibilities
- Directs and manages the delivery of large or complex IT projects and services

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS), business, or a related field
- Minimum five years' experience in management
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification preferred
