IT Integration Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading a comprehensive IT integration program, the full-time IT Integration Program Manager will assess acquired technology environments, develop integration strategies, and coordinate across multiple IT functions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the IT integration program, identifying priorities and opportunities for integration
• Partner with technology leaders to evaluate existing systems and develop a comprehensive integration strategy
• Establish program governance and maintain visibility into progress through project plans and executive reporting

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience managing IT programs or projects in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading IT integration initiatives resulting from mergers or acquisitions
• Strong understanding of the M&A technology integration lifecycle and ability to drive decisions independently
• Experience integrating diverse enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms and cybersecurity
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
