IT Lead

Job Summary

As the IT Lead in a full-time remote position, the candidate will manage IT operations for approximately 350 employees, overseeing identity management, device fleets, SaaS governance, and security operations while leveraging automation and AI for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own identity management and employee lifecycle processes using Okta, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems
• Oversee a Mac-first MDM fleet, ensuring passwordless authentication and responding to security incidents
• Manage IT operations end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, support, and automation of repeat requests

Required qualifications

• Experience managing IT for an organization of 200+ staff, including identity management in Okta and Google Workspace
• Proven track record with a production Mac fleet under MDM, including migrations or baseline rebuilds
• Experience administering AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, with a focus on automation
• Practical knowledge of security protocols within a SOC 2 environment
• Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical decisions succinctly to executives
