Job Summary

Leading a team of data scientists, the full-time IT Leader, Data Science will manage team development, build business partnerships, and oversee portfolio delivery, working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
• Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to identify and prioritize data science opportunities that deliver measurable value
• Own and prioritize the team's project portfolio, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and delivery excellence throughout the data science lifecycle

Required qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• At least three years of people management experience with direct responsibility for team outcomes
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Demonstrated capability in managing high-skill technical or analytical teams, preferably in data science or advanced analytics
