IT Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and leadership-focused, the hybrid IT Manager will oversee daily technology operations, manage a team of three IT support professionals, and engage directly in technical tasks while driving infrastructure projects across a multi-site organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT support professionals while establishing service standards and performance metrics
• Provide hands-on support for escalated issues and manage the lifecycle of hardware, software, and mobile devices
• Administer and optimize enterprise systems, manage network infrastructure, and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure, networking, and systems administration
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or IT operations while remaining hands-on
• Strong experience with Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices and risk management principles
