IT Manager
Job Summary
Owning the internal IT function in a full-time remote capacity, the IT Manager will manage systems including cloud SaaS, endpoints, and security while leading a small team and ensuring smooth operations across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee identity, access, and security management across all systems, including password hygiene and DNS administration
- Administer various SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce, including license management
- Coordinate operations of colocation data centers and manage the lifecycle of endpoints and devices for a distributed workforce
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT management or senior systems administration, particularly with distributed teams
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace at the tenant/admin level
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management practices
- Experience with endpoint management, including procurement and end-user support
- Familiarity with DNS and registrar administration
