IT Manager

Job Summary

Passionate about empowering teams through technology, the remote IT Manager will lead key IT initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure system security and scalability while collaborating with company leadership to define and execute IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute OLIPOP's IT strategy and manage IT vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance oversight
• Oversee daily IT operations, including cloud platforms, networking, endpoint management, and security infrastructure
• Lead information security initiatives and ensure compliance with IT governance and security policies

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience managing IT operations in a cloud-first, SaaS-heavy environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zscaler, Okta, Arctic Wolf, and Abnormal
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT projects and vendor management
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, ITGC, and best practices for data protection
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
