IT Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time IT Manager, this position will oversee the daily provision of IT services, manage projects, and supervise IT staff while collaborating with leadership to implement technology solutions aligned with departmental needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of IT service delivery plans and policies in collaboration with departmental leadership
- Manage multiple IT projects, including planning, delegation, and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion
- Supervise and develop IT staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and service delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Five years of progressively responsible IT-related experience
- Experience in leading enterprise reporting or business intelligence delivery
- Knowledge of SQL, data models, and SDLC controls
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting and advanced Power BI capabilities
