Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Manager for a fully remote, 12-month contract position who will lead the implementation and support of enterprise technology infrastructure, oversee technical support, manage vendor relationships, and provide strategic recommendations to senior IT leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, operation, and support of enterprise infrastructure services, including servers, networks, and associated applications
- Oversee second-tier technical support to ensure timely resolution of complex technology issues
- Evaluate system performance, identify operational deficiencies, and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure and enterprise technology services
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and oversee complex support activities
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including servers and networks
- Experience managing escalated technical issues and coordinating second-tier support
- Ability to evaluate system performance and recommend or implement improvements
