- Hands-on experience with identity and endpoint management platforms, particularly Okta and MDM
- Experience running an IT service desk, including ticketing and process improvement
- Knowledge of SaaS administration, license management, and vendor management
- Strong partnership with security teams and understanding of endpoint protection and incident response
