Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time IT Manager - Data Integration will oversee 24/7 support for the data integration environment, ensuring reliability, performance, and security while working remotely within the U.S., with occasional on-site meetings in St. Louis.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of data integration engineers, ensuring effective performance and development
- Develop and implement processes to optimize operations and improve efficiency in data integration
- Establish incident management processes and lead the resolution of critical incidents to minimize service disruptions
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of related IT experience
- 3+ years of people management experience, including hiring and performance reviews
- Experience leading and mentoring technical professionals in a complex environment
- Proven commitment to continuous improvement through performance metrics analysis
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and reside in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
