IT Manager, Integrations & Imaging

Job Summary

Leading the delivery and support of enterprise integration services and imaging platforms, the full-time remote IT Manager, Integrations & Imaging will oversee system integrations, ensure data security compliance, and optimize imaging workflows while collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational health and performance of integration platforms and imaging infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Lead the design, development, and support of interfaces and integrations across EHR, imaging systems, and ancillary applications
• Directly manage incident response related to integration and imaging, ensuring effective communication and resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification and ServiceNow Certification within 6 months of hire
• Minimum of 7 years of IT or healthcare IT experience, with at least 3 years in service management or platform management
• Experience with HL7, FHIR, API-based interoperability, and PACS systems
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and fostering a high-performance culture
