Job Summary
Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time remote IT Manager, Microsoft 365 Services will set the enterprise strategy for collaboration and productivity tools, oversee Microsoft 365 services, and drive improvements in employee experience and service reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise collaboration, productivity, and AI strategy and roadmap
- Lead product direction and service ownership for Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring reliable and secure services
- Establish adoption strategies to enhance employee communication, collaboration, and productivity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ten or more years of experience in Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration technologies
- Five or more years of formal people-leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership in managing enterprise collaboration services in complex environments
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
