Key responsibilities
- Lead the help desk function for a distributed workforce, setting service expectations and managing performance
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and manage identity and access controls for users

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Progressively responsible IT experience with a focus on managing small teams and technical projects
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, ISO, SOC, and GDPR compliance
- Proven track record in leading system implementations, migrations, and operational improvements
- Hands-on experience implementing generative AI or automation solutions
