Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of customer-facing and billing applications, the remote IT Manager - Utilities will ensure application stability, performance, and compliance while driving enhancements and improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead application support teams and managed service providers to ensure operational excellence and effective service delivery
- Oversee application maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Customer Information Systems and Meter-to-Cash portfolio
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize needs and successfully deliver strategic technology enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with utility industry applications such as Customer/1, CSS, CRIS, SAP IS-U, or Oracle CC&B
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and ITIL Service Management practices
- Proven experience managing operational budgets and vendor spend
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile preferred
