IT Operations Analyst II
Job Summary
Providing day-to-day technical support for end users in a hybrid work environment, the IT Operations Analyst II will manage Windows endpoints, contribute to security-focused operations, and assist with identity and access management while troubleshooting various IT issues.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, and corporate applications
- Administer user accounts and security groups within Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
- Monitor and remediate endpoint and account security issues using enterprise-grade security tools
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments
- Familiarity with core information security concepts, including endpoint security and vulnerability management
- Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Multi-Factor Authentication
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and basic networking concepts
