IT Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the New York office, the full-time IT Operations Engineer will manage endpoint and end-user operations, provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support, and collaborate with the global IT team on identity and security management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support for hardware, OS, applications, and network issues
- Manage the endpoint fleet through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, and compliance
- Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user provisioning
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations in a global environment
- Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows in a hybrid environment
- Experience with MDM and endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune)
- Experience administering an identity provider (e.g., Okta) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
- Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint security basics
