IT Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Owning corporate IT end-to-end, the full-time IT Operations Engineer will manage identity, devices, SaaS, and the employee lifecycle while supporting a remote and distributed team.
Key responsibilities
- Administer identity and access management, including Okta and Google Workspace, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee macOS fleet management through MDM, handling device procurement, configuration, and compliance
- Automate repetitive IT tasks using scripting languages and maintain IT procedures and asset inventory
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, with at least 1-2 years in a startup environment
- Hands-on experience with Okta or similar SSO providers and Google Workspace administration
- Proven macOS fleet management experience using an MDM solution
- Strong scripting ability in Python, Bash, or similar languages for task automation
- Experience managing SaaS tools and vendor relationships
