IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a hybrid work environment, the IT Operations Manager will design, secure, and manage cloud-first enterprise technologies and network infrastructure while leading junior engineers and overseeing IT Service Desk operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical project lead, performing architectural reviews and mentoring junior IT Operations Engineers
• Design and integrate cloud-first enterprise platforms, including Okta IdP, SASE, EDR, and MDM systems
• Oversee operating procedures and training for employee onboarding and device provisioning across a nationwide remote workforce

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in corporate technology platform projects
• 3+ years in IT leadership roles involving Helpdesk or user-facing support
• Relevant advanced certifications in security, identity, or administration (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Okta Certified Administrator)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coach peers and team members
• Expert knowledge of enterprise identity principles and experience managing a corporate IT Helpdesk/Service Desk
