IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day IT operations in a remote full-time capacity, the IT Operations Manager will manage end-user support, application support, and technology service delivery while supervising operational IT staff and collaborating with various departments to ensure effective technology services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, including help desk support, incident management, and operational technology administration
• Supervise and mentor IT operational support personnel, promoting employee growth and accountability
• Manage business systems administration, including licensing, user provisioning, and coordination of EDI operations and client implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in IT operations and two years in a supervisory role
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA Security+, or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure environments, and business systems administration
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage competing demands effectively
