IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day IT operations and security, the full-time remote IT Operations Manager will oversee IT service management, endpoint security, and integration of business units onto a centralized platform while ensuring compliance with security certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Own IT service management across HQ and business units, including ticket quality and escalations
• Administer endpoint security tools and maintain device compliance across company-managed devices
• Deliver IT integration workstreams to transition business units from legacy MSPs to HQ-managed tooling

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including identity and access management
• Experience with RMM platforms like NinjaOne and EDR platforms like SentinelOne
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure, including identity and access management
• Experience supporting SOC 2 audits with technical evidence
