IT Operations Manager
Job Summary
To drive operational maturity and governance of ServiceNow's ITOM modules, the full-time remote IT Operations Manager will manage the CMDB, oversee integration and automation efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service visibility and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mature ITOM capabilities, enhancing discovery coverage and improving CMDB data quality
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and automate workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Enforce governance standards and ensure reliable discovery and strong CMDB oversight
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification
- 7+ years of IT experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
- 3-5+ years of experience with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or Service Asset & Configuration Management
- Experience with ServiceNow modules including CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery preferred
