IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, execution-focused IT Operations Manager, the full-time remote position will manage day-to-day IT operations, systems, and support infrastructure, ensuring secure and efficient access for employees while collaborating with various teams to support company growth and compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations, including end-user support, device management, and troubleshooting across a distributed workforce
• Administer and optimize core business systems while ensuring system reliability and compliance with security policies
• Build and scale IT processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems Administration
• Experience managing IT in a high-growth, SaaS, or remote-first environment
• Hands-on administrative experience with Google Workspace, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and experience with compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Experience supporting distributed/global teams in highly regulated industries
