Job Summary
To build and manage IT and security operations, the full-time IT Operations Manager will oversee identity and access management, device standards, and software inventory while working remotely with regular overlap with US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage identity provider, SSO, and MFA across business tools, ensuring secure access for employees and contractors
- Conduct quarterly access reviews and maintain evidence for SOC 2 compliance
- Develop and implement device management standards and maintain an inventory of software and vendors
Required qualifications
- Six or more years in IT operations or systems administration, particularly in a software company
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and identity providers like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience delivering evidence for SOC 2 or similar audits
- Familiarity with device management tools such as Jamf or Intune
- Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken, with experience working with US-based leaders
