IT Operations Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and operationally excellent, the full-time salaried Sr. Manager of IT & Operations will oversee internal IT operations, manage the corporate technology stack, and enhance systems and security while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve internal IT operations, including endpoint management and corporate infrastructure
• Maintain and execute a near-term IT roadmap aligned with company growth, prioritizing and delivering improvements
• Manage the IT budget and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations to optimize costs and eliminate redundant tools

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or technical operations, with 1-2 years in a lead or managerial role in a SaaS or startup environment
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, Google Workspace administration, and scripting
• Operationally driven with a focus on system reliability, ticket resolution, and employee experience
• Understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to a privacy-focused organization
• Proficient in automation tools and lifecycle management for onboarding and offboarding processes
