Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team of engineers, the full-time Manager of IT Operations will oversee the reliability, security, and scalability of core infrastructure while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and advocate for a team of engineers, facilitating technical decision-making and project delivery
- Drive the automation roadmap for server provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines using tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex Linux environment issues, ensuring high availability and performance for mission-critical services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in an IT Operations management role
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux Administration, including kernel tuning and system management
- Proficiency in Python or Bash for task automation and system integration
- Proven experience with Terraform and/or Ansible for infrastructure management
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking and Fortinet security solutions
