IT Operations & Security Lead

Job Summary

Owning Zen's internal IT systems and security, the full-time IT Operations & Security Lead will manage identity and access, SaaS governance, and security policies while working remotely with teams across the UK, USA, and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Improve identity and access management processes, ensuring efficient and secure onboarding and offboarding
• Develop a comprehensive view of SaaS usage, managing licenses and renewals effectively
• Define and implement IT and security policies that are practical and adhered to across the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in IT operations and security within a growing organization
• Strong background in identity and access management, endpoint management, and automation
• Hands-on experience with SaaS governance and vendor management
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and security certifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
