IT Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the reliability, security, and performance of the core tech landscape, the full-time IT Operations Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure, including installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for all users and devices, while working primarily on-site in Sacramento with hybrid arrangements available.
Key responsibilities
- Perform installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for all CapRadio users and devices
- Monitor and respond to help tickets while serving as the primary liaison with Sacramento State IRT Department
- Develop and maintain technology-related policies and guidelines to support compliance and security
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations and Windows troubleshooting and repair
- Demonstrated understanding of computers, software, servers, networks, and security
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects effectively
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
