IT Operations Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance IT Identity and Access Management practices, the full-time IT Operations Specialist will support day-to-day IT Access Control, serve as an escalation point for complex issues, and collaborate cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Entra ID tenants, users, and access controls while implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and conducting access reviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare requirements and timely provisioning and deprovisioning of access
- Support IT security initiatives aligned with healthcare data protection standards and serve as an escalation point for complex IT support issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, Security, or Access Control
- Strong experience administering Entra ID or similar cloud IAM solution
- Experience supporting remote-first or distributed teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills across SaaS applications and identity systems
- Experience operating in regulated environments, such as healthcare or fintech
