IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting infrastructure capacity operations remotely, the full-time IT Operations Specialist will manage incoming requests through a case tracking system, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution while focusing on escalation triage, data validation, and operational reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review, triage, prioritize, and route incoming infrastructure capacity requests through a case management system
• Validate request details and follow up with requestors to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Prepare operational reports on request volumes, backlog aging, and escalation trends

Required qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in operations coordination, service desk support, or case management
• At least 2 years of experience using ticketing or case management systems
• At least 2 years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel features
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure fundamentals
