Job Summary
To support a distributed team, the full-time IT Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end IT support, diagnose complex cross-platform issues, and partner with HR and Security for scalable onboarding and offboarding in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own IT support, turning recurring issues into durable fixes and automations
- Administer MDM platforms and manage patch updates across devices
- Build and improve automations for provisioning, access, and inventory workflows
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years in IT operations or systems engineering with a focus on solutions building
- Strong proficiency in macOS, Windows, and Linux, including device lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with at least two MDM solutions like Jamf or Intune
- Proven experience in patch management, including testing and controlled rollout
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP and/or AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
