Job Summary
Leading a team of Portfolio and Project Managers, the full-time Manager, IT PMO will oversee the delivery of technology and business initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Portfolio and Project Managers to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Oversee portfolio governance, budget management, and cross-portfolio prioritization to align resources with strategic objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and investment decisions
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or PMO leadership roles
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage project and operational budgets effectively
- Experience developing and managing Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and investment roadmaps
- Strong understanding of project financial management and portfolio governance
