IT Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

Leading a portfolio of IT projects focused on construction and infrastructure, the full-time IT Portfolio Manager will oversee governance, resource planning, and performance reporting while managing Project Managers and Coordinators in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage portfolio governance, intake, prioritization, and tracking for IT-supported construction and infrastructure initiatives
• Provide leadership and development for team members, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives through effective resource management
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks and processes while tracking and reporting on portfolio health, including budget and strategic outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field with 6 years of IT experience, or equivalent experience in a complex IT environment
• 4 years of paid work experience as a Project Leader managing related projects
• 4 years of progressively responsible management duties
• Experience managing large, complex projects with senior leadership interaction
• Experience leading IT-supported Design & Construction and infrastructure initiatives
