IT Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support the OCM Center of Excellence's growth strategy, the remote contract IT Process Analyst will develop and manage Organizational Change Management artifacts, lead stakeholder interviews, and conduct change impact assessments to enhance integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the M&A OCM artifact suite, ensuring consistency across change strategies and communication plans
• Lead structured persona interviews to identify role-specific impacts, communication needs, and adoption risks
• Conduct change impact assessments to quantify the effects of proposed changes by role, process, and system

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline with a minimum of six years of relevant work experience, or eight years of related work experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design, process improvement, or IT project management
• Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management practices
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of leadership
• Proficiency in developing clear communications and coordinating engagement sessions
