IT Procurement Consultant
Job Summary
To support innovative sourcing strategies, the remote IT Procurement Consultant will leverage expertise in software and cloud services to collaborate with internal clients, manage RFP processes, and drive contract negotiations, all while contributing to the firm's responsible sourcing goals on a contract basis for six months with potential extensions.
Key responsibilities
- Co-create and execute sourcing strategies with Category Managers and Business Unit Stakeholders
- Drive the delivery of negotiation strategies and prepare Business Award Recommendations for stakeholder approval
- Contribute to the development of a seamless source-to-pay process that aligns with ESG goals and risk principles
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in a professional business environment with at least 5 years of relevant Technology Sourcing experience
- Deep Strategic Sourcing knowledge across multiple tech categories, including Software and Cloud
- Expertise in sourcing processes such as Spend Analysis, RFP development, and negotiation
- Experience in procurement transformation is highly valued
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
