IT Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for IT subcategories, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Indirect Procurement (IT) will manage supplier agreements, drive cost savings, and enhance vendor performance while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop multi-year category strategies for assigned indirect spend categories, primarily focusing on IT
• Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements to achieve measurable savings and improve payment terms
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal clients, managing supplier relationships and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7 years of procurement or sourcing experience, with at least 3 years in IT and technology sourcing
• Proven track record of managing category strategies and delivering quantified savings on IT spend portfolios
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for sourcing and contract management
• Direct experience negotiating enterprise IT agreements with major vendors
