IT Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Technology & Data Solutions team, the full-time IT Procurement Specialist will assist with strategic sourcing, contract administration, and supplier relationship management for IT services, software, and hardware in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to category strategies and assist with sourcing events and supplier management for IT procurement
• Analyze spend and supplier proposals to identify cost savings and assist with negotiations for IT goods and services
• Collaborate with Procurement leadership to enhance processes, reporting, and contract management for IT procurement activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or IT category management
• Working knowledge of IT procurement categories such as software, hardware, and professional services
• Familiarity with legal and commercial contracting concepts, including statements of work and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint
