To support the company's supply chain process for IT products and services, the full-time remote IT Procurement Specialist will manage procurement activities, negotiate pricing terms, and build strong supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Procure products and services, negotiate pricing, and maintain pricing histories
- Track contract expirations and plan renewal negotiations to optimize leverage
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the procurement to delivery process
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, procurement, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in IT
- Superior knowledge of contracted IT services and excellent negotiation skills
- Aptitude for decision-making and data analysis
- Ability to build strong relationships with key vendors
