IT Product Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Product Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize workload automation software to manage, schedule, and optimize business processes and workflows
- Build and validate job flows, ensuring compliance with established standards and efficiency
- Assist application teams in defining automation requirements and optimizing task scheduling activities
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of data processing experience in a technical capacity
- At least 2 years of experience using workload automation systems, preferably BMC's Control-M
- Understanding of server and cloud applications, along with network monitoring tools and concepts
- Experience in scripting and familiarity with IT best practice methodologies such as ITIL or Agile
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and effective customer service skills
