Job Summary

Focused on field services technology, the full-time IT Product Manager will manage the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scheduling, routing, and work order management products while collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for field services products, ensuring alignment with program and business outcomes
• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate findings into a prioritized product roadmap
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions, maintaining project scope and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related business field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of product management experience with a focus on defining roadmaps and feature delivery
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for requirements and prototypes
• Strong organizational and strategic-thinking skills, capable of connecting high-level goals to detailed execution
• Familiarity with digital platforms related to work order or field service management
