Job Summary
Seeking a skilled IT Product Owner - AI Compliance in a remote, full-time role, the candidate will manage product features and roadmaps for AI solutions addressing healthcare regulatory compliance, while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features and user stories for AI-focused healthcare compliance products
- Lead the development of AI agents and data analytics solutions to tackle regulatory challenges
- Develop strategies for AI adoption in regulatory compliance and create proof-of-concept demonstrations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in IT
- 3+ years of experience with AI technologies and AI agents
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, GDPR, etc.)
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
