Job Summary
Leading a team of business analysts, the full-time salaried IT Product Solutions Director will oversee technology project management, strategic planning, and process improvement initiatives while ensuring effective communication between technology teams and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the business analyst team, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and skill enhancement
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the business analyst team's goals with the organization's technology strategy and oversee project execution
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage change related to technology projects, ensuring clarity in requirements and project objectives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years in a Managed Services environment
- Expertise in ServiceNow design and implementation
- ITIL Foundations Certification is recommended; advanced ITIL certifications are a plus
- Proven ability to lead a geographically dispersed team and interact effectively with various management levels and external stakeholders
