IT Production Support Engineer
Job Summary
To support healthcare claims processing systems, the full-time remote IT Production Support Engineer will manage day-to-day monitoring, support, and analysis of claims batch processing while utilizing strong SQL skills and hands-on production support experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and support end-to-end claims batch processing and related data transfers
- Investigate and analyze claims, determining root causes and executing recovery actions
- Log, triage, and manage incidents in ServiceNow, assisting with Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues
Required qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in the healthcare domain, specifically with claims processing systems
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large, complex datasets
- Familiarity with ServiceNow incident management
- Understanding of batch scheduling and production monitoring tools
- Knowledge of EDI 837 transactions and claims data flows (preferred)
