Leading IT strategy for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures, the full-time remote IT Program Director will manage technology execution throughout the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, integration, and post-close value realization across multiple concurrent transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead IT strategy, due diligence, risk assessment, and execution for various acquisition and divestiture transactions
- Develop and implement IT integration or separation strategies that align with business objectives and value creation goals
- Guide executive decision-making and oversee governance processes to ensure accountability and transparency in execution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with an advanced degree
- 7+ years of managerial experience
- Experience leading technology due diligence and integration activities for M&A transactions
- Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and influence senior executives
