IT Program Management Manager
Job Summary
Managing a team of program managers, the full-time remote IT Program Management Manager will provide leadership on large projects, oversee performance metrics, and serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and staff project and program managers, ensuring effective guidance on both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Deliver, measure, and manage performance across programs and projects while collaborating on interdependencies
- Interpret technical and regulatory requirements to develop actionable delivery plans
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
- Experience with ServiceNow PPM Module and PowerBI reporting
- Proficiency in project and program management methods, including financial tracking and resource planning
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and IT acquisition/procurement requirements
- Strong written communication skills, including documentation of charters, status reports, and change control
