IT Program Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the enterprise IT Governance process, the full-time IT Program Manager will manage the governance lifecycle, establish standards for Leadership Council operations, and ensure technology requests progress effectively while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the delivery of complex strategic IT projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion
• Engages with senior IT and business leaders to provide progress reports, analyses of issues, and necessary corrective actions
• Facilitates the governance process and promotes awareness and adoption of IT Governance across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
• At least 7 years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing large complex projects over $1M
• Proven record of successful project delivery using modern project management methodologies
• Experience in defining project management methodologies based on best practices
• Ability to lead diverse technical resources and form high-performing teams
