Job Summary
Leading the Department of Veterans Affairs Supply Chain Management DevSecOps Integration task order, the full-time salaried IT Program Manager will manage program financials, staff development, and customer relationships while driving business growth and account development in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the SCMDSO account, overseeing program P&L, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting
- Build trusted advisor relationships with VA leadership and manage subcontractor performance
- Identify and capture growth opportunities within the account while mentoring team members and supporting corporate initiatives
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of IT program/project management experience, including 5+ years managing large federal IT services contracts
- 5+ years leading Agile/SAFe DevSecOps delivery organizations with over 100 FTEs
- Demonstrated experience with VA OIT programs and managing multi-vendor teaming arrangements
- Experience delivering task orders with CLIN-based deliverables and QASP-driven performance management
- Required certifications: PMP and SAFe Agilist or equivalent SAFe certification
