IT Project Engineer
Job Summary
To support a diverse client base, the full-time IT Project Engineer will design, build, and implement technology solutions across Microsoft and Mac environments, focusing on automation and AI integration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, assess environments, and design solutions that align with client needs and security standards
- Build and implement projects involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and Apple device management
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows and automations to enhance business processes and service delivery
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering client-facing IT projects, preferably in a multi-client environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Mac ecosystems, including administration of Microsoft 365 and relevant Apple management platforms
- Experience with identity, endpoint management, and cloud or hybrid environments
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate
- Deep understanding of AI tools and experience in designing AI workflows for production use
