IT Project Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and governance for enterprise technology initiatives, the full-time remote IT Project Management Director will manage a portfolio of high-priority IT programs, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives while building and leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for the enterprise IT PMO
• Establish portfolio governance processes for technology initiatives, including prioritization and funding
• Oversee delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives, managing scope, schedule, and budget

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology program or project management, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven success in leading large-scale technology transformation programs with executive visibility
• Experience governing portfolios that include enterprise applications, cloud, and cybersecurity
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and vendor spend
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
