Job Summary
Leading the delivery of customer-facing digital experiences, the full-time remote IT Project Manager will manage project plans, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of B2B Franchise applications from intake through launch, managing timelines and resources
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in achieving sprint commitments and delivery objectives
- Build relationships across business and technology teams, translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in a technology or software delivery environment
- 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or facilitating Agile teams
- Strong understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Experience managing IT back-end and customer-facing initiatives in partnership with stakeholders
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or SharePoint
